Delivery & Returns

Delivery timeline:
Our first production run starts in September and orders are despatched starting in September. If required, the exact week of the delivery can be confirmed during September. We may split the delivery and make multiple deliveries, where
each delivery after the first one will be at our cost, and we will keep you
informed.

Delivery Exclusions:
Calendar order total includes a single delivery to 1 mainland UK location, unless otherwise stated. More than 1 delivery, split delivery, special delivery will be charged extra unless these were instigated by us, in which case there will
not be any additional cost to you.

Cancellation of an Order:
Any request to cancel an order will be considered at the time the request is received and subject to the status of production of the order at that time. Orders once printed cannot be refunded.
